Udhara Mardana : abdominal massage: the pot of the human body.
It is a massage technique for the abdomen, that, by working on the abdominal muscle, stimulates all internal organs, promoting the elimination of toxins accumulated in the intestinal tract and rebalancing the Doshas.
The effects of this mardana (massage) are many; in addition to an improvement in digestion and intestinal function we will see a deflated belly, toning of the abdominal tissues, decongestion of the lumbar area and general relaxation for the person. The course takes place over two days (Sunday and Monday) and comprises:
- Learning the Udhara Mardana technique originated in Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda.
